By accessing this website or engaging Mega Inco Pvt. Ltd. (“Mega Inco”, “we”, “us”) for waterproofing or chemical supply services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Our Services
Mega Inco provides waterproofing solutions, protective coatings, and related chemical supplies for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across the Kathmandu Valley. Service availability, materials, and methods may vary based on site conditions and are confirmed at the time of survey.
3. Quotations & Estimates
Any price shown by our online “Quick Estimate” tool is an approximate figure for guidance only and does not constitute a binding quotation. Final pricing is provided in writing after a site inspection and depends on area, surface preparation, accessibility, and material selection.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, projects follow a 20-60-20 payment structure: 20% advance to confirm the booking, 60% during the course of the work, and 20% on completion. Additional terms for large or contract (B2B) projects are agreed separately.
5. Warranty
Warranty terms, where offered, depend on the product and application method and are specified in your project agreement. Warranties do not cover damage arising from structural movement, third-party alterations, misuse, or normal wear beyond the stated period.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mega Inco shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Mega Inco and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
